The breakfast at Villa Schindler is abundant and special. It is a self-service buffet, with various types of bread and homemade jams, various cakes and cured meats, omelettes, fruit salad, and fantastic fruit juices.
Martina makes wonderful cakes in the villa's kitchen and the local meats and cheeses from the cellar are delicious. On Sunday there is also bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil produced from the 700 olive trees in the gardens! Even the office staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can book simple snacks with oil from the cellar, where local cheeses and meats are cured. Annamaria Brotto has a small production of oil and vinegar that of course you can taste.
