Our beautiful rooms

Annamaria Brotto's family-style management creates an intimate, serene atmosp ere even in the 9 romantic rooms. It is lovely for us to see our guests move around the villa as if they were "at their lake house". Some rooms are spacious, others smaller, but all are unique and colourful. The balconies are romantic, as are the gardens where hammocks are hung. Both the rooms and the apartments are embellished with works of art by Annamaria Brotto and simple period furniture, personally chosen and restored by the owner. There is always a fresh and fragrant flower from the garden in a vase resting on the white lace covered bedside table.
SERVICES INCLUDED
Self-service breakfast buffet from 8.30 am to 9.45 am with a tasting of products from the cellar once a week. Telephone, Wi-Fi service only in the office area, hairdryer, ceiling fan, in-room safe. Two self service bars are available, one with satellite TV. Cold dishes are available on request. Swimming pool and private beach with deckchairs and umbrellas. Small playground for children, and animals in the gardens to caress. Barbecue grill available and tastings in the cellar.

Room 2

This spacious room is located on the ground floor of Villa Schindler, in the newest part. Its floor has the original marble aggregate. At one time it was connected to the kitchen and served as a dining room. In fact, it has large, coloured windows from the 1950s that, in addition to brightening the room, create a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Making the room special is a beautiful private furnished terrace with lake view and a comfortable hammock under the centuries-old maritime pines. The bathroom with a shower is equally bright and spacious. There is also a sofa bed suitable for two children or a third person.

Room 3

A small but lovely 12 square meter room. It is located on the first floor of Villa Schindler, in the oldest part. Its hand-painted wooden beams are originals from the end of the 19th century. Here in this cool room facing north, there are still hooks in the beams where cheese and salami were cured in what remains of Mr. Schindler's larder. The wooden mirror was carved and inlaid by Annamaria Brotto and the floor has warm red larch parquet. Both the wardrobe and the late 19th century antique bed were decorated by hand. It has two windows, one with a garden view and the other with a partial lake view that make it a bright and harmonious room. The bathroom is small with a toilet, shower, and sink.

Room 8

A small but lovely 12 square meter room. It is located on the first floor of Villa Schindler, in the newest part. The floor has warm parquet and a window overlooks the garden. The wooden bed was assembled and inlaid by hand by Anna Brotto using select antique wooden boards. Even the wooden mirror is hand-sculpted by Anna's artistic hands. The bathroom is large and spacious and was recently renovated.

Room 9

A 12 square meter room with a garden view. It is located on the first floor of Villa Schindler, in the oldest part. Its floor has warm red larch parquet and the hand-painted wooden beams are original from the end of the 19th century. The window overlooks the garden. The wrought iron bed is handmade, painted by Anna Brotto. The spacious and bright bathroom is original from the late 19th century and is the only one with a bathtub.
