CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

CHECK-IN & RECEPTION TIME
CHECK-IN is possible between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Reception is open from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Arrival is not possible during closing times except after written agreements with the office.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Our cancellation terms are: Up to 50 days before arrival, we will refund the deposit paid minus the expenses (15 euros). Between 50 and 20 days, 20% of the booked days are payable, between 20 and 10 days before arrival 50% of the booked days are payable, between 10 and 5 days before arrival 70% of the booked days are payable. Between 5 and 0 days before arrival 100% of the booked days must be paid.
